I failed.
I learned a lot from this experience insert specific reflection.
I always mess up, it’s always my fault.
My threat system is activated and I need to take action to calm myself down.
I want to be perfect.
I want to be better compared to who I was yesterday.
I cannot do this alone.
It’s okay to ask for support - I don’t have to carry everything by myself.
This is just too much.
I’ll take the next small step - one thing at a time.
