10 things I’d tell you as your psychologist - even if they might be hard to hear!


1.Your worth isn’t measured by productivity, perfection, or performance.

2.It’s okay if you don’t feel motivated. Motivation won’t get you where you want to go, discipline will.

3.Working on yourself can be uncomfortable and hard, but being stuck and not doing anything about it will be harder.

4.It’s okay if you don’t have everything figured out. No one does.

5.You can love people deeply and still choose what’s best for YOU.

6.You deserve relationships where you feel calm, not anxious.

7.Your inner critic is loud because it’s scared, not because it’s right.

8.You don’t have to be strong all the time, softness is a strength too.

9.Healing isn’t linear, it loops, pauses, and restarts. That’s normal.

10.Resting doesn’t make you lazy, it makes you human.
