I failed. I learned a lot from this experience insert specific reflection . I always mess up, it’s always my fault. My threat system is activated and I need to take action to calm myself down. I want to be perfect. I want to be better compared to who I was yesterday. I cannot do this alone. It’s okay to ask for support - I don’t have to carry everything by myself. This is just too much. 1.Your worth isn’t measured by productivity, perfection, or performance. 2.It ’s okay if you don’t feel motivated.
