Workshops can take place in your club or online to suit your teams needs. 90min is a good time for workshops but this can be negotiated based on needs. CSM has designed workshops on self-confidence, motivation, dealing with performance anxiety, dealing with self-criticism/negative self-talk. Please note that the workshop content gets personalised for each sport and team needs.
